Order Processing

Please take note of the following changes:

Final Order Files (zip folder) Attachment -Should be attached in Spectrum order:

1. Factory Order Form 
2. AHU Selection Files: Visualahu (.vahx) files – All Selections – Can be downloaded from TA Select
3. Technical Selection Report - All Selections – Can be downloaded from TA Select
4. Quote (Excel file)- Can be downloaded from TA Select
5. Design Special Quotation: If applicable, include the Design Special Quotation along with supporting documents. Clearly reference the design specials.
6. GA drawings 

Change Order Files (zip folder) Attachment:

1. Factory Order Form 
2. AHU Selection Files: Visualahu (.vahx) files
3. Technical Selection Report 
4. Quote Excel
5. GA drawings 
6. Design Special Quotation: If applicable, include the Design Special Quotation along with supporting documents. Clearly reference the design specials.

8. Change order charges quotation If applicable.
