How to Request Spare Parts

1. Access the Spare Parts Request form found in Customer Portal homepage.

2. Enter project number to view all the units in the project, then select the units:

3. Choose the required spare parts:

4. Select Delivery Option and enter your email address to receive auto generated quotation from system.

5. You will receive a quotation from our system in 5-15 mins.

Considerations

• The system works for delivered orders only.
• Obsolete items will show zero price in quote. Will need to be validated by Applications team.
• Limited to predefined domains:
